One of my worst shopping experiences. I chose my size according to their recommendation, but the pants arrived much too small.
I submitted an exchange request on October 6 and still haven’t received a response. I contacted them on Instagram, but only got AI replies that didn’t solve anything. Meanwhile, the size I wanted is now out of stock, and my order arrived without a price tag.
The material is nice, but the sizing is completely off and the customer service is disappointing. No proper support, no solution, and no updates.
